Wrong item in my package

When my shipment arrived today, it mistakenly included item 33220, a Cat Face Rug, an item I didn't order among the four items. Missing was item No. 64166 (Debbie Meyer Greenboxes), which was listed on the invoice but was not included in the shipment..

Error in my payment

On jan 18 i mailed an order and a check which should have been 85.90. I prove my account every day. I soon began having problems balancing with with a significant shortage. Your check continued not to post as paid. I called your office on sat but there was noone there to help me. I called my bank and was told it has posted for 321.99. That was suppose to be 85.90. I beleave i am due the difference of 236.09. I m surprised noone called me. I was customer for many for many years and that would have do ne. In any case i am looking for a refund soon as it is possible as it leaves me in dire straits. I also have not some of the items ordered thank you.

They sent me a pair of socks instead of what I ordered.! Really! Charged me $8.00 for a cheap 99 cent item from the Dollar store. Do not order anything from this company.

I am trying to return a charging cord for an android phone. It doesnt fit. I ordered this cord and tried to talk to customer service today and waited for 30 min then got disconnected. In your instructions it says that there was something in the packaging, but the packaging was thrown awayaway.

Attempted 2 different days to order 4 items on website using mail catalog item numbers and names. Only 1 item search worked. Tried to thumb through online catalog pages for other 3 items, but only part of the pages would load and not pages I needed. These folks need to test their online ordering, they are losing sales like mine.
